During reciprocating motion, the frictional resistance between the intake valve and the valve guide is greatly reduced. This not only reduces energy loss and improves the response speed of the intake valve, but also extends the service life of the valve and valve guide. At the same time, the sealing performance of the valve is excellent. In the closed state, it can effectively prevent air leakage, ensure stable intake volume in the cylinder, and provide solid guarantee for the stable operation of the engine.
(2) Exhaust valve: Smooth exhaust, ensuring efficient engine operation
High temperature tolerance and rapid exhaust: The exhaust valve needs to withstand the impact of high temperature and high pressure exhaust gas during engine operation. The exhaust valve of 01-12-121 is made of high temperature resistant and high-strength special alloy material, which can maintain good mechanical properties even in high temperature environments up to several hundred degrees, and is not easily deformed or damaged. Its structural design is conducive to the rapid discharge of exhaust gas. During the exhaust stroke, the exhaust valve quickly opens, allowing the combustion exhaust gas to be smoothly discharged from the cylinder, reducing exhaust residue, lowering engine back pressure, improving engine ventilation efficiency, and ultimately enhancing the overall performance of the engine.
Good sealing and heat dissipation performance: The sealing cone of the exhaust valve is precision machined and tightly matched with the valve seat ring, forming a reliable seal when closed to prevent exhaust gas leakage and ensure stable power output of the engine. At the same time, the exhaust valve also has excellent heat dissipation performance. Through reasonable structural design and material selection, it can quickly transfer a large amount of absorbed heat, avoid affecting the normal operation of the valve due to high temperature, and ensure that the exhaust system can still operate stably under long-term high load operation of the engine.
